Shipley & Southwater Joint Neighbourhood Plan Area - Responding to residents’ concerns

The public meeting relating to the Shipley & Southwater Joint Neighbourhood Plan Area consultaion was held at Coolham Village Hall last night (4th August).

At a well-attended meeting, members of the public were able to hear more details on the consultation and ask questions to a panel that included:

• Cllr Matthew Payne - Shipley PC;
• Andrew Metcalfe – MD Squires Planning (independent planning consultant);
• Cllr Alex Jeffrey – Horsham District Councillor for Southwater and Shipley;
• Cllr Derek Moore – Southwater PC;
• Cllr Malcolm Brierley – Southwater PC; and
• Paul Richards – Shipley Parish Clerk.
