Due to a number of planning applications that require to be commented upon before the next full council meeting, a Planning Sub Committee has been arranged for Thursday 29th June 2023 commencing 7.30pm in the Coolham Village Hall. The applications are:

  • DC/23/1151 - Barn To East of Coolham Road, Thakeham Road, Coolham - Demolition of an agricultural building and the erection of two dwellings; and
  • DC/23/1119 and 1120 - Blonks, Hooklands Lane, Shipley - Removal of existing brick store, chimney and garage. Erection of a single storey garage with habitable space to the rear and office space above, including the provision of 2no dormers, 1 no rooflight, and installation of Solar PV panels on the roof. Erection of a single storey side extension and associated alterations, including alterations to windows and doors, replacement of shutters and replacement and repair of all existing windows. Relocation of existing shed and greenhouse to the south-eastern boundary. (Listed Building and householder applications)
